Night Time
Written: July 31st 1995
A desirable euphoric dream below the sleeping sound of darkness. Crying shadows of silence drownding in the moonlight.
Now, amoung the evening pale fog, here I face downward from the sun. Flooding rivers of twilight deepen beneath the clouds.
The light is docile, like a rich halo thin yet reserved. For night must decsend soon, and wither before my eyes. Motionless, the familiar star is now daytime, and the moon is an old friend saying goodbye.
Descending Innocence
Written: Feb. 27th 1996
The naked, destructive truth always ruins this paralytic stream of my thoughts. Should I sit and wonder? To dwell on things never to be is outspread and meaningless to me.
Caught around every lie I squarely hit is secret.
Sinister.
Free I was in life alone and no one left, but I missed you.
What would it take to dare to speak?
I think of you as a prize won, but now gone...
Sitting in air, sweet being in the beginning is so beautiful to remember you as you were
Ode To ???
Written: Jan. 12th 1997
Well I used to know someone fair,
He had blonde embers in his hair,
He was such a trip
He was hardly there
But I loved him
Just the same
Their was rain in his window
The CD set was ragged
But he could talk
We learned to speak
Such a long, long road to seek it,
All we did was break and freak it
We had all that lovers never had
We just blew it
And, I'm not sad,
Well, I'm mad
And I'm bad
Two years have gone by
We broke all the rules
We penatrated the boundries
His voice would not answer
But, he's still home
But, he remembers the nights
The parties and friends
and the grass by the lake
And people who laughed
Made my poor heart ache
Now we live seperate lives
and everything's fine.
and I'm still here
and your still here....
....And we're all still around
